Information on this website

The information on this website is introductory. It describes our Takaful products and services in general terms to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is not an offer of cover, and it does not replace a quotation, policy wording or schedule. If anything on the website differs from your documents, your quotation, policy wording and schedule apply.

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but products, terms and contact details can change. Please confirm anything important with a Kalkaal advisor before you rely on it.

Quotes, call-backs and applications

When you send a quote request, call-back request or application through the website, you are making a request. It is not a policy and it does not create cover. Cover starts only when Kalkaal confirms it in your schedule.

Any estimate given before then is indicative. Your contribution and terms are confirmed in your quotation and schedule after we have assessed the information you provide, so please make sure that information is complete and accurate.

Academy, publications and downloads

The Kalkaal Academy, our publications and our downloads are for general education. They are not personal financial, legal or Shariah advice, and they do not take your own circumstances into account. For advice on your situation, speak to a Kalkaal advisor or a suitably qualified professional.

Acceptable use
