FAQs

Are medical conditions I already have covered?

Conditions you had before you travelled are not covered unless you declare them and Kalkaal accepts them in your schedule. Tell a Kalkaal advisor about any existing conditions and medicines before you decide. Travel Takaful is for sudden illness or injury while you travel, not for planned treatment or for travel against medical advice.
